Shipping policy

All Booni Box gifts are sent on a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service as standard. A 24 hour service is available at checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm are packed by hand and dispatched the same working day. Tracking details are emailed to you once your gift has been dispatched.

Standard UK delivery is included in the price of our gift boxes.

We deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom. We can also ship internationally on request, though costs vary by destination and some items, such as plants, flowers and seeds, cannot be sent abroad. We will suggest substitutions where that applies.

For bulk orders going to multiple addresses, you can upload a spreadsheet of your recipients before checkout. We run the addresses through the Royal Mail system before dispatch to flag any issues, then return the same spreadsheet to you with tracking against each delivery.

Custom branded and bespoke gifts need a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks from the point your artwork is signed off. For Christmas, please confirm your order as early as you can.
