Website orders
All gifts are shipped using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked services by default.
Orders placed online before 12pm are dispatched the same day. For example, if you order a Booni Box on Wednesday at 11am, it will arrive by Friday. Deliveries may also occur on Saturdays.
Corporate orders
Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day based on your shipping preferences.
For large, one-time orders, we’ll discuss your timeline to ensure your gifts arrive on your desired date and make the process smooth for you.
For pallet deliveries, please provide an email or phone number for the recipient.

International Deliveries
Yup, we deliver across the globe. Through strategic partnerships we can offer lower rates when it comes to shipping internationally. Our India partnership also allows for locally sourced products boosting local economies. Naturally, we will also be reducing our carbon footprint.

FAQs
Where can I find the tracking info?
For online orders, tracking numbers will be updated as soon as Royal Mail have scanned the parcel. This can take a few hours from when you clicked checkout.
For corporate and email orders, you will receive tracking information via email once the gifts have been dispatched.
I received a Booni Box, but who is it from?
Sometimes gifts are sent without personal messages. Quite often a nice surprise! If you'd like to find out who the sender is, please get in touch with us quoting your postcode and we'll look into it for you.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Absolutely, that's what we do. To make this happen, it's best you speak with one of the team to arrange this as we may be able to offer discounts on volume orders.
Alternatively, you can check out online via pay by invoice or quote. We'll then get in touch with you to request the delivery addresses and provide you with a final invoice.
I've checked out online, but it's charging me for shipping but I want to send gifts to multiple addresses.
